Scan the studio's code as usual. At the bottom of the sign-up screen, tap "Login Now" and log in with your existing email and password.
Move a little closer or farther away, hold your phone steady and make sure there's enough light. You can also tap "Or enter code manually" and type the code you received from the studio.
Wait a minute, check your spam and promotions folders and make sure you entered your email address correctly. You can tap "Resend" to get a new code.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and follow the instructions.
